The promoter of all competitions on this website is Carbon Car Competitions LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 16362372, and whose registered office is at 69 Melbourne Street, Barrow-In-Furness, England, LA14 5TT.

The Competition

2.1. These terms apply to all competitions listed on our website (the “Website”).

2.2. Entry to each competition is by either:

• Paid entry through the website (the “Online Entry Route”), or
• Free postal entry (the “Postal Entry Route”) as explained in section 3.9.

2.3. Each individual who enters is referred to as an “Entrant”.

How to Enter

3.1. Each competition will run from the date and time published on the Website (the “Opening Date”) until the closing date (the “Closing Date”). All times refer to the local time in London, UK.

3.2. We may extend the Closing Date if absolutely necessary due to reasons beyond our control. Any changes will be posted on the Website and emailed to Entrants.

3.3. Entries received outside of the entry period may not be counted and will not be refunded. Late postal entries may receive site credit to be used on future draws.

3.4. Online Entry Route

For Draw-Based Competitions:

• Select the number of entries
• Complete the checkout and payment process

For Instant Win Competitions:

• Visit the Website
• Select entries
• Complete checkout and payment
• Receive your ticket and check for wins

3.5. Email Entry Route (Free Entry)

To enter by email:

(a) Send an email

      – Full name

      – Address

      – Phone number and email

      – Proof of following either our Facebook,    Instagram or TikTok account

       – Your chosen competition and answer (if required)

• (c) You must register for an account on our website before sending a postal entry for instant win competitions.

(d) Each entry must be sent individually. Bulk entries will count as a single entry.

(e) All personal details on the postcard must match your registered account.

3.6. Entries must be in English.

3.7. The Promoter is not responsible for failed or lost entries.

3.8. By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Draws and Winners

4.1. Draw-Based Competitions

• A verifiable random draw process (such as the Mersenne Twister algorithm) is used.
• For live draws, ticket details are shown on screen.

4.2. Instant Win Competitions

• Winning tickets are selected at random before the competition opens.
• End-of-competition prizes are drawn via the same random draw method.

4.3. If a draw is disrupted or fails, we reserve the right to redo it using the same or a new method.

Eligibility

5.1. Competitions are open to anyone aged 18+ and residing in a country where entry is legal.

5.2. The following are not eligible:

• Employees of the Promoter
• Their family or household members

5.3. You may be asked to verify your age, identity, and eligibility.

5.4. Disqualification may result if:

• Entries are fraudulent or automated
• You breach any terms
• You attempt to exploit or abuse the process

5.5. Refunds are not given unless in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

5.6. Maximum entries may apply per competition.

5.7. Only one account per household is permitted.

Prizes

6.1. Prize details are listed on each competition’s page.

6.2. Prizes may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value.

6.3. We do not guarantee accuracy of product or vehicle descriptions.

6.4. If the prize is a vehicle:

• It will have a valid MOT if required
• No insurance, tax, or fuel included
• You are responsible for road legality
• You must provide proper safety equipment (e.g., helmets)

6.5. Some non-cash prizes may come with additional conditions.

6.6. A third-party supplier may supply the prize.

6.7. Cash alternatives may be offered in specific cases.

6.8. Prizes are non-transferable.

6.9. Any additional expenses are your responsibility.

Notifying Winners

7.1. The Promoter’s decision is final.

7.2. Winners of live draws are announced during the stream.

7.3. Winners are contacted via email or phone.

7.4. If unclaimed within 21 days, an alternate winner will be chosen.

7.5. Winners of high-value prizes may be required to verify identity and address.

7.6. We must publish the winner’s name unless you object.

7.7. If you wish to remain anonymous, contact us before the competition ends.

Claiming Prizes

8.1. Only the winner may claim the prize.

8.2. Keep your contact details updated.

8.3. Cash prizes will be paid to a bank account matching the winner’s name.

8.4. We are not responsible if you do not or cannot claim the prize.

8.5. Vehicle ownership will be transferred via V5 documentation.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. We accept liability only for direct and foreseeable losses caused by our breach.

Data Protection

10.1. By entering, you agree we may use your data to administer the competition.

10.2. You may opt out of publicity, but we may still need to share your name with the ASA.

10.3. You may ask us to delete your data, but this will withdraw you from the competition.

General Terms

11.1. We may change these terms at any time.

11.2. We may disqualify anyone who breaches these terms.

11.3. We may cancel competitions. Entry fees will be refunded.

11.4. Competitions are not affiliated with Meta, Apple, or Google.

11.5. These terms are governed by English law.

11.6. English courts have jurisdiction, except where consumer law allows otherwise.

11.7. You should print a copy of these terms for your records.
